Welcome to Pumiland! These Terms & Conditions apply to pumiland.com, pumimart.com, and every service on them (together "Pumiland", "we"). By using the sites or creating an account, you ("you", "user") agree to these terms. If you don't agree, please don't use our services.

1. About Pumiland

Pumiland is the home of Pumi the axolotl and friends. Pumimart is our digital asset shop: stickers, emotes, icons, note decorations, and more. Pumiland is run by an individual based in Indonesia. Questions can be sent to halo@pumiland.com.

2. Accounts

One account works on both Pumiland and Pumimart. One email can only have one account.
You can sign up with email and password, or with Google. If the email is the same, both are automatically joined into one account.
An account created with an email address only becomes active after you click the verification link we send. This confirms the email really belongs to you.
The information you give must be true, and the email must be your own.
You are responsible for keeping your password secret and for all activity on your account. If you think someone else is using it, change your password right away and contact us.
Users under 18 should use our services with the knowledge and consent of a parent or guardian. Children under 13 may not create an account.
We may suspend or close accounts that break these terms.

Anyone can subscribe to Letters from Pumi with just an email address. Active accounts are subscribed automatically. You can stop at any time from your Account page or with the unsubscribe link in the email. Important emails about your account, such as verification, passwords, and orders, are still sent after you unsubscribe.

4. Digital products and license

Products on Pumimart are digital files, not physical goods. When you buy or download a product (free ones included), you receive a license to use it. Copyright ownership does not transfer to you.

You may:

Use it personally: notes, journals, wallpapers, avatars, chats, and personal social media.
Use emotes and VTuber assets on your own streaming channels and communities (such as Twitch, YouTube, and Discord), including monetized channels.
Print it for your own use, not for sale.

You may not:

Resell, share, or upload the original files (whole, edited, or bundled) anywhere else.
Claim to be the creator, remove ownership marks, or register Pumiland characters as your own trademark or copyright.
Use it on products for sale (merchandise, print-on-demand, etc.), logos, or ads, unless the product page states a commercial license or you have our written permission.
Use it to train AI or image-generation models, or for NFTs.

If a product page states a different license, that license applies to that product.

5. Prices, payment, and refunds

Prices are shown in Indonesian Rupiah (or the currency shown at checkout).
Payments are processed by third-party payment providers. We never store your card or bank details.
After a successful payment, the product can be downloaded from your account.
Because digital products can be downloaded instantly, purchases are generally non-cancellable and non-refundable. The exceptions: the file is broken or won't open, the product is very different from its description, or you were charged twice. Report it to halo@pumiland.com within 7 days of purchase. We will fix the file, replace the product, or refund you.

6. Intellectual property

Pumi, Lumi, Kori, Pipin, Cebi, and all characters, stories, comics, artwork, logos, and site content belong to Pumiland or its partner creators and are protected by copyright law. Non-commercial fan art is very welcome, as long as it isn't presented as official or sold.

7. Partner creators

Creators who join through the Creators page keep the copyright to their work. The terms of each partnership, such as revenue share and sales license, are set in a separate agreement with each creator.

8. Not allowed

When using our services you must not:

break the law or violate other people's rights;
try to hack, disrupt, or overload our systems, including through bots or excessive scraping;
send spam, abusive or hateful content, pornography, or scams through the feedback form or other features;
use someone else's account, or sign up with an email that isn't yours.

9. Limitation of liability

We do our best to keep the sites running and the files safe, but the services are provided "as is". To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect losses from using the services. Our liability for any purchase is at most the price you paid for that product.

10. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. The date of the last update is shown at the top of this page. If the changes are important, we will let you know through the sites or by email. If you keep using the services after a change, you accept the new terms.

11. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Indonesia. If there is a dispute, let's first try to resolve it amicably through halo@pumiland.com.
