Frequently asked questions

Does it cost anything?

No. Joining the waitlist and opening a creator shop are free.

When will creator shops open?

Gradually. Creators on the waitlist hear about it first, before the public announcement.

What about AI-generated work?

We prioritize handmade work. AI-assisted work must be clearly labeled, and work that copies another creator’s style will not be accepted.

Can I sell characters from famous anime or games?

No, unless you have official permission. Pumimart is only for original characters and official collabs with Pumi.
