Pumi The little axolotl

Pumi is a little axolotl living in a colorful pond at the heart of Pumiland. Whenever Pumi closes its eyes, new ideas pop up like bubbles: places never explored, cute things never made, friends never met. Pumi believes every big thing starts as a tiny picture in your head. That’s why Pumi is usually the one who starts every adventure.

Petal gills

Pumi’s gills are shaped like flower petals. They spread out when happy and fold up when shy.

Lumi The little water snail

Lumi is a tiny water snail from a clear pond. Its see-through shell holds a soft light that glows when Lumi is happy, and when a friend feels down and needs company. Lumi never rushes. What matters isn’t who’s fastest, but getting there together. When Pipin panics or Pumi loses the way, Lumi is the first to arrive with a drop of courage from its antennae.

Little flaw: So busy caring for friends that Lumi forgets to care for itself.

Drops of courage

Lumi’s antennae release sparkling droplets, which Lumi gives to friends who need some courage.

Kori The little crab

Kori is a brave little crab living on beaches and tide pools. Every day Kori scuttles across sand, rocks, and coral pools hunting for unique treasures: rare colored shells, sparkling sea glass, or heart-shaped pebbles. Every find goes into Kori’s Treasure Cabinet, each with its own adventure story. When Pumi imagines a place, Kori is the first to go looking for it.

Loves: Rare shells, homemade maps, and morning waves.
Little flaw: Sometimes too reckless, and hates letting go of any treasure (even ordinary rocks).

Kori collects unique treasures from the sea, each tagged with the story of where it was found.

Kori’s claws are round and soft, used more for holding treasures and waving than pinching.

Pipin The flapjack octopus

Pipin is a little flapjack octopus from warm seas. Pipin is shy, easily flustered, and often hides behind Lumi’s shell. But because its feelings always show (flaps puff up when happy and fold when nervous), every one of Pipin’s expressions makes friends smile. Secretly, Pipin loves being silly, and when a friend is sad, Pipin will beat its shyness just to cheer them up.

Loves: Little dances when nobody’s watching, sweet snacks, and secret hiding spots.
Little flaw: Gets nervous in crowds and panics over tiny things.

The Brave One (supposedly) Small but fearless… or so Cebi says.

Cebi The little tadpole

Cebi is the tiniest tadpole in Pumiland, with the biggest spirit. Cebi always charges in first, puffs up proudly, and acts ready to take on anything: small waves, mysterious pebbles, even its own shadow. The catch? The moment real danger appears, Cebi shrinks and hides behind Kori’s claws. But don’t tell anyone. Cebi is sure that one day it will grow into the bravest frog in the whole pond.

Personality: The bravest (supposedly) · Super energetic · Loves to show off · Never gives up · Secretly a scaredy-cat
Loves: Swim races, showing off tail tricks, and stories about heroic frogs.
Little flaw: Acts fearless, but is the first to flee when the danger is real.
Habitat: The shallow edge of the pond, near the rock where Cebi practices its “moves”.

Tail spin

Cebi’s tail spins so fast the water foams. Cebi calls it a secret move. It’s really just fast swimming.

Future mighty frog

Cebi counts the days until its legs grow. Every morning Cebi checks its reflection, just in case.

When danger is far away, Cebi is the loudest. When it gets close, Cebi is the fastest to hide.
