Make a Cute Habit Tracker in 10 Minutes

One page, one grid, and a few stickers. Good habits become more fun to keep.

A habit tracker is a small grid for logging daily habits: drinking water, reading, exercising, sleeping enough. It looks simple, but watching those boxes fill up is surprisingly motivating!

What you need

  • One blank page (paper or a digital planner)
  • 3–5 small stickers
  • A pen or stylus

Steps

  1. Pick no more than 3 habits. Too many makes it easy to give up. Start small, like “drink 8 glasses of water”.
  2. Draw a 7-column grid for one week, or 28–31 columns for a month. One row per habit.
  3. Choose a “reward sticker”. Each time you finish a habit, place a small sticker or a heart in its box.
  4. Add one big sticker in the corner as a mascot. Pumi is ready to cheer you on! 📣
  5. Put it on a page you open often, so you don’t forget to fill it in.

Tips so you don’t stop in week two

  • Never miss twice. Forgetting one day is normal, as long as you continue the next.
  • Celebrate small wins. Seven days in a row? Time for a special sticker!
  • Review every weekend. If a habit is too heavy, swap it for a lighter one.

Small habits kept every day beat big plans that only last a week.
