Organize Your Digital Sticker Collection

Hundreds of stickers but never the one you need? Try this simple folder and file-naming system.

Sticker collections grow fast. Suddenly there are hundreds of files named IMG_2041.png and you spend five minutes just looking for sleepy Pumi. Let’s tidy up!

1. Folders by purpose

Instead of grouping by purchase date, group by when you use them:

  • 01-Favorites for stickers you use most
  • 02-Expressions for happy, sad, surprised, and so on
  • 03-Markers for dates, checklists, and labels
  • 04-Seasonal for birthdays, holidays, vacations
  • 05-Archive for the ones you rarely use

The numbers keep the folder order fixed.

2. Searchable file names

A simple pattern: character-expression-color. For example:

  • pumi-sleepy-pink.png
  • lumi-cheer-blue.png
  • kori-surprised.png

With this pattern, just type “sleepy” in the search bar and every sleepy sticker shows up.

3. Keep the originals in one safe place

Store a copy of the original files (the ZIP from the shop) in a backup folder or your personal cloud storage. If your phone or tablet has trouble, your collection stays safe. Remember, this folder is for you, not for sharing.

4. Clean up once a month

Move stickers you haven’t used in a month to 05-Archive. Your favorites folder stays slim and quick to open.

A tidy collection = more time decorating, less time searching. 🗂️
